Journal & Well‑being Data

  • Journal entries, notes, and mood/emotional inputs you choose to submit. This content is private by default and used to provide core features such as sync and recommendations.

Analytics & Device Data

  • App usage events, performance metrics, crash reports, session timestamps.

  • Device model, OS version, App version, language, time zone.

We do not collect precise geolocation data. Do not include medical emergencies or highly sensitive details in journal entries.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide core features (sync across devices, save history, maintain personal routines).

  • Personalization (recommend practices tailored to your goals and usage).

  • Analytics & improvements (measure performance, fix bugs, improve content).

  • Support & communication (respond to inquiries, service notices).

We do not sell your personal information.

  • Authentication (e.g., Sign in with Apple)

These providers may collect technical data per their own privacy policies.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

All payments for Steady Mind Pro — $6.99/month (auto‑renewing, 1‑month period) are processed by Apple via the App Store. We do not store payment card details. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. For billing support, see Apple’s help resources.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable laws, you may request to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data

  • Export your journal entries

  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

  • Object to or restrict certain processing

9. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

10. International Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries outside your own. We implement safeguards appropriate to such transfers.
